Good ductility

Sus409 Stainless Steel Sheet can effectively alleviate the cracks and embrittlement that may occur easily during welding due to the characteristics of ferrite structure through preheating (about 150°C) and post-weld heat treatment (about 700°C), so that the strength of the welded joint is usually not less than 90% of the parent material, and has good toughness and corrosion resistance. This good weldability makes Sus409 Stainless Steel Sheet have higher flexibility and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
