Martensitic stainless steel is a type of stainless steel material with excellent properties, which can obtain different microstructures and mechanical properties through heat treatment and cold deformation methods. Unlike austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel can have magnetism, but there are also cases of weak or no magnetism.
The magnetism of martensitic stainless steel mainly comes from the interaction between ferrite and ferrite contained in it. When martensite contains a large amount of ferrite, its magnetism will correspondingly increase; When the ferrite in martensite is small and dispersed, its magnetism will weaken or disappear.
